The client loves birch trees. She wanted to change the look of her garden and to add screening from the road. I suggested planting 31 Betula utilis jacquemontii on a grid system: large ones in front, small ones in the back to create the optical illusion of perspective.
In addition, the fence was painted the dark grey colour. The number of species of trees and shrubs used in the garden was significantly reduced. The result is an aerious birch grove. The garden is calmer and simpler.
